Cooperative and Work Integrated Education (CWIE) can combine academic learning in the classroom with real-world practice in a relevant workplace. To provide this mix of learning opportunities, CWIE involves collaboration among students, educational institutions, and employers.🛬
Real-world experience for students in the form of work-based placements can serve to provide entry for learners into a particular community of practice. During CWIE program, students can also develop proposal and conduct the research project based on real case study under supervision of academic supervisors from the International Academy of Aviation Industry (IAAI), King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (KMITL) as well as job mentors at their workplace. This is how the Logistics Management International Program of IAAI – KMITL develops students’ competency to become future leaders of our society. ✨
