FAQ No.1What is the academic requirement?

In the process of selection, IAAI considers each applicant’s academic potential and interest in engineering. Graduated or studying Science and Mathematics in Matthayom 6 or equivalent and has no minimum grade requirement.

FAQ No.2What are the requirements for standardized test? (AERONAUTICAL ENGINEERING)

► Mathematics (The applicant has taken at least ONE in each topic of the following standardized tests)
– PAT I (71 : Mathematics)
– SAT I (Mathematics) : 600
– SAT II (Mathematics Level 2) : 600
– ACT (Mathematics) : 24
– AP Test (Calculus) AB or BC : 3
– A-Level (Mathematics) : C
– AS-Level (Mathematics) : B
– IGCSE ( Mathematics) : B
– IB–Diploma (Mathematics) : 5
– NCEA (Level 2 or Level 3) of a Mathematical Subject : MERIT

Yes, SAT and other scores are required.

FAQ No.5What subjects constitute the Aeronautical Engineering curriculum?

The subjects involves mechanical engineering, aeronautical engineering, fluid mechanics, aerodynamics, flight training, and thermodynamics among others.

FAQ No.6What subjects constitute the Logistics Management curriculum?

The subjects involves international trade policies, information systems, operations research, inventory and warehouse management, air cargo and dangerous goods management among others.

FAQ No.10How safe is the learning environment?

It is totally safe. IAAI assures that the students are in good hands by providing high secured facility with 24-hour surveillance cameras and 24-hour security guards on duty.

FAQ No.11Do you offer campus visits or Open House? Do I need to make an appointment to attend an information session or tour around the academy?

Yes, IAAI have. You can coordinate with us and we will set a schedule at your most convenient time. IAAI also launches their yearly Open House and is open to the public.

FAQ No.12What athletics/sports/social activities are offered at IAAI?

KMITL supports students’ health by hosting annual Sports Day. IAAI has a sports club where students can join. Also, IAAI has group called “IAAI Student Association” where students can interact with fellow students and share their IAAI life.

FAQ No.13Are there industry visits or social recreation given to students?

Yes, Students are given an opportunity to visit Thai Airways and Bangkok Airways exposing them to the actual operations and to Royal Thai Airforce for them to develop their survival skills. Moreover, social recreations such as Graduation Party, “Byejunior Farewell Party” among others.

By ensuring its academic excellence, IAAI has a 25:1 student-faculty ratio.

FAQ No.15How many students admission per class?

Not less 25 per class.

FAQ No.16What comprises the tuition fee?

The tuition fee comprises the academic fees, uniforms, flight training paraphernalia, accommodation, food and an iPad for studying.

FAQ No.17Are there advising and support services in the academy?

Yes, It depends on the availability of the lecturers.
