We empower our students with the flexibility to choose their own career pathways, offering options for both professional internships and Co-operative and Work-Integrated Education (CWIE). Our internship & CWIE guidelines provide a clear framework, serving as a comprehensive roadmap for students to navigate their professional training before and during their placement.

We redefine professional preparation through two strategic pathways, transforming leading organizations into real-world classrooms:

• Professional Internship (Optional – Every Summer): Professional Internship (Optional – Every Summer): Start building your resume early. This option allows students to independently explore the industry, discover their interests, and gain hands-on experience during summer breaks. It’s the perfect, flexible first step toward professional mastery.
• CWIE: Co-operative Education (Optional – Year 4, 1-Semester): The ultimate professional residency. This intensive 1-semester pathway offers you the opportunity to secure a full-time role at a company of your choice. It allows you to step into the industry to solve high-stakes business challenges, directly applying “Precision Learning” to real-world operations.

CWIE is our premier Education Platform that redefines professional preparation. It is a structured, 1-semester intensive residency where students transition from the classroom into full-time roles within leading organizations. CWIE is a strategic partnership between IAAI and the industry, designed to allow students to solve real-world challenges, manage high-stakes projects, and apply “Precision Learning” to actual business operations.
